I've used this cream for many years and as I age find even more value in it. I'm in my 80's now and often receive compliments about the quality of my skin. I take MSM orally daily to help my arthritis. When I saw this “Extra Strength” MSM cream, I knew I had to try it. SO glad I did! It is a miracle at reducing the arthritis pain in my hands and hips. I was so impressed by how well it helps, I gave a 2 oz. bottle to all the ladies in my crafting club. They all love it. My husband has also been a convert and uses it regularly for his hand pain.

I love the MSM extra strength cream! Over July 4th, in Portland, my grandson had a scab on the end of his nose from a sunburn. I used the MSM cream on it, and it was virtually gone the next morning! It keeps scabs moist so they don't itch so much, and is very healing on them! I also love it for nighttime leg cramps! It works GREAT! Thank you, GHF!

I use this MSM cream as a base for creating a comfort* cream, adding essential oils and Arnica. I can't count how many samples I've given out to friends who greatly appreciate it, and tell me is works great! I find it awesome for taking the itch out of bug bites and also for leg cramps at night! Thank you, GHF!

Wonderful cream for just about everything.
Used as an emollient but primarily for muscle discomfort*. We also use it as a carrier for more essential oils and herbs aimed at nerve discomfort*.

Love this cream! Have been using it for over 4 years for my RL (restless leg)! It is amazing, has helped comfort the nerve irritation so I can sleep! When traveling I always take it with me if I’m going to be overnight!
